Foundation for Initiatives in Development and Education for All
IDEA Foundation is committed to creating equal opportunities for the underprivileged sections of society, focusing on holistic development through education and skill-building initiatives. Established in 2002, IDEA originated from the findings of a PhD study by Dr. Usha Pillai, addressing educational and developmental challenges among marginalized communities. The organization operates in over 26 communities in and around Pune, as well as 11 villages around Hinjewadi and Bhor in Maharashtra, directly reaching approximately 3,500 underprivileged individuals annually.

CASP is dedicated to the holistic development of children and capacity building of caregivers, aiming to create self-sufficient families that can secure their children's futures. CASP supports families in accessing government welfare programs and schemes, fostering self-sufficiency to ensure children's overall development. Sponsorship is viewed not just as a monetary transaction but as an emotional bond.
