Aaina (since 1998) is an NGO based in Odisha focusing on vulnerable groups—especially people with disabilities, women, children, the elderly and other socially excluded communities. It aims for inclusion, equality, identity, and dignity through participatory program interventions, policy advocacy, research, training & documentation.

Our Programs
Women Empowerment and Gender Equality
Works with women and adolescent girls to build awareness on rights, gender equality, leadership, and livelihoods through training, counselling, community mobilisation, and capacity building initiatives.
Education and Adolescent Development
Supports education and holistic development of adolescents through academic assistance, life skills education, career guidance, mentoring, and awareness programs addressing health, safety, and social challenges.
Health, Nutrition and Psychosocial Support
Promotes physical and mental health through nutrition education, counselling, awareness sessions, and community outreach addressing reproductive health, hygiene practices, stress management, and emotional wellbeing.
