Aaina (since 1998) is an NGO based in Odisha focusing on vulnerable groups—especially people with disabilities, women, children, the elderly and other socially excluded communities. It aims for inclusion, equality, identity, and dignity through participatory program interventions, policy advocacy, research, training & documentation.

Works with women and adolescent girls to build awareness on rights, gender equality, leadership, and livelihoods through training, counselling, community mobilisation, and capacity building initiatives.
