Patiala Foundation has been running various Social welfare projects in Punjab and investing States since 2009. Patiala Foundation is an association in special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations as of 2018 and recorded with the Registrar of Societies under the Registrar of Societies Act 1860 vide Enrollment No. DIC/PTA/SOCIETY/0196 of 2009-2010 Dated 9-112009. We are Associate portions of the Global Alliance for NGOs on Road Safety. We are member associates of GoUNESCO for Understanding Heritage.

From 2003 to 2004, the poor socio-economic status of more vulnerable and marginalized rural and public areas was responded to. These districts are hardly served by government aid and community programs. Severely conscious of the miserable conditions, social artists established the Bibi Bhani Memorial Educational Welfare Society. Bibi Bhani Memorial Educational Welfare Society is a Sangrur Punjab-based nonprofit optional foundation operating in Education, Health, Integrated Rural Development and the Environment. The standard contracts with social issues such as Education, Community Health, Community Education, poverty-elevation, Environment Protection, Rainwater Harvesting & many more.
