Rashtriya Janhit Sewa Sansthan Skill Development And Entrepreneurship Training: We are a registered social welfare and development organization that has been consistently working towards empowering communities across Uttarakhand. Since its establishment, the organization has focused on promoting education, livelihood enhancement, women’s empowerment, and capacity-building among youth and marginalized groups.

The Importance of Skill-Based Education

In today’s rapidly changing world, skill-based education is becoming as important as formal academic education. Many students, especially in rural and hilly regions, possess remarkable talent and dedication but do not have access to proper training or practical skill development opportunities.

Understanding this need, Rashtriya Janhit Sewa Sansthan has been actively conducting Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP) to help young individuals prepare for real-life employment and self-employment opportunities.

Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP)

Our Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) is designed to guide and motivate youth towards starting their own small or micro enterprises.

Through this programme, participants learn:

Fundamentals of entrepreneurship
Business planning
Financial management
Leadership and communication
Marketing and enterprise sustainability

The purpose is not only to provide theoretical knowledge but also to develop confidence, decision-making ability and problem-solving skills required to run a successful business.

This initiative is particularly beneficial for working women, unemployed youth, school and college students, and those aspiring to establish their livelihood through independent ventures.

Skill Development Training for Youth and Professionals

Along with entrepreneurship training, Rashtriya Janhit Sewa Sansthan also conducts Skill Development Training to equip students and young professionals with hands-on, practical and technical skills that are currently in demand in various sectors.

These trainings help in enhancing job readiness and increasing employment opportunities in both government and private sectors, as well as within self-employment ecosystems.

Winter Skill Development Training Programme – 2025

We are pleased to announce the commencement of the Winter Skill Development Training Programme at our Training Centre in Panuwanaula, District Almora, Uttarakhand.

This programme is specially designed for school and college students who wish to enhance their academic profile, practical understanding and workplace skills.
