This status is granted for one year, upon request from the State. Sub Commissions: Sub-commissions can be established to offer a platform for consultation and cooperation on the management of fish stocks that are not shared by all Contracting Parties. These sub-commissions may evaluate management options and recommend suitable conservation and management measures to the Commission.
