About Us
Narayan Seva Sansthan was founded by Padma Shri awardee Shri Kailash ‘Manav’ in 1985. He is a renowned social entrepreneur and humanitarian, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. With a profound commitment to social justice and equality, he has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at providing medical, prosthetic, and livelihood support to those in need. His work in organizing corrective surgeries has helped countless individuals regain their physical capabilities, while his efforts in providing artificial limbs have restored mobility and independence to many. Furthermore, Kailash Manav has been instrumental in creating vocational training programs that empower people
with disabilities to achieve economic self- sufficiency and dignity. His unwavering

Corrective Surgeries: Conduct high-quality corrective surgeries to enhance physical capabilities and improve the quality of life for individuals, particularly children, with disabilities. Providing Artificial Limbs: Provides high-quality artificial limbs to restore mobility and independence for those who have lost their limbs. Creating Livelihood Opportunities: Develop and implement vocational training programs that equip individuals with disabilities with the skills needed to secure meaningful employment and achieve economic self-sufficiency. Contribute to the Sugamya Bharat: Actively support and contribute to the Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan (Accessible India Campaign) by promoting accessibility and inclusion in public spaces and services for individuals with disabilities.

DONATE FOR FREE OF COST NARAYAN ARTIFICIAL LIMB (Prosthetic Legs and Arms) DISTRIBUTION
Accidents are unexpected and they can change lives drastically in a lot of ways. When a person loses a limb(s) in an accident, their entire life turns upside down. In this situation, people feel like they have come to a standstill and tend to lose hope. Their situation can be significantly improved with the help of Narayan artificial limbs. But not everyone can afford the cost of a prosthetic leg or arm in India. There are several specially abled individuals and amputation survivors, who struggle to get mobility aids that can help them navigate their lives, often due to a lack of means, access, or lack of funds. Dedicated to providing those in need with the resources they need to regain their mobility as well as the confidence to lead a normal and fulfilling life, Narayan Seva Sansthan distributes free-of-cost artificial limbs, like prosthetic legs, and mobility aids, like callipers, wheelchairs, and more.

- Mr. Kailash Agarwal ‘Manav’ was honoured with the 'Personal Category Award' at a national level for excellent services in the field of ‘Welfare of Persons with Disabilities’ by His Excellency, the President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, on 3rd December 2003.
- Mr. Kailash Agarwal 'Manav', was awarded the 'National Award' by the then Union Minister for Finance, Mr. Pranav Mukherjee, on 9th Nov 2011, at Balyogi Auditorium, Parliament House, New Delhi.
- On December 3, 2023, Mr. Prashant Agrawal, the Global President of the Narayan Seva Sansthan, was honored with the prestigious National Award for "the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities" by the esteemed President of India, Mrs. Draupadi Murmu. The National Awards for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities ceremony was held at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi. Attendees included Dr Virendra Kumar, Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, along with other dignitaries, Ramdas Athawale, Pratima Bhoumik and A. Narayan Swami.
