Bullocks are pushed beyond their physical limits. Even donkeys and other working animals silently suffer in markets and construction areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People often see this and feel helpless. Some ignore it. Some feel bad but don\u2019t know what to do. We want to say clearly: You are not helpless. You can report.
