Leadership and Governance&nbsp;<br>2. Integrated, Community-based Services&nbsp;<br>3. Promotion and Prevention&nbsp;<br>4. Information Systems, Evidence and Research (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">World Health Organization<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"wh-os-2025-guidance-on-mental-health-policy-action-plans\">WHO&#8217;s 2025 Guidance on Mental Health Policy &amp; Action Plans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In March 2025, the <a href=\"https:\/\/ngofeed.com\/blog\/who-full-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WHO <\/a>released updated Guidance on mental health policy and strategic action plans, which provided a clear framework to strengthen leadership, service delivery, governance, workforce capacity, address social determinants, stigma, and increase access (World Health Organization, communitymedicine4all).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>This guide will include modules, including:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module 1: Introduction, rationale, and how to use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module 2: Key reform areas, directives, strategies, actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module 3: Process for developing, implementing, and evaluating mental health policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module 4: Country case scenarios<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module 5: Directory of policy area, checklists, action menus (psychrights.org )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
